Shipping and Handling

We are currently offering flat rate shipping to our retail customers for all orders shipped to addresses within the continental United States - $8.00 for orders under $100 and free shipping for orders over $100. Please make a notice there will be an additional Handling fee of $1 per order (Not per product ordered).

Shipping charges for orders with shipping addresses outside the continental United States are calculated during the checkout process based on the weight of the items purchased and the shipping destination.

Where applicable, the receiver of the goods is responsible for all tariffs, duties, fees, etc.

Shipping charges for wholesale customers are determined at the time of shipment and added to the invoice amount.

Orders are usually shipped within a week. But, if we have a heavy workload it may take up to two (2) weeks for shipment. Every effort is made to process each order as expeditiously as possible.

Returns

Spa Zone wants you to feel as comfortable as possible with your purchase decisions so that you can benefit fully from the convenience of online shopping. We are committed to providing you with the highest level of service possible to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with our products.

If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, you may contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the appropriate carrier. After you receive a claim number from the carrier, you may contact us via e-mail or phone and we will reship your order promptly.

Spa Zone accepts returns only within 14 days following recipt of shipment. The buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses.All returned non-defective merchandise must be in original purchase condition with the original packaging intact and include the original receipt/invoice/packing slip. All returns that are eligible for credit are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
